How much does shipping cost?
I offer an amazing flat rate shipping fee of only $1.99 for bookmarks*, $4.99 for 5x7 prints*, and $9.99 for journals and larger prints. This covers standard shipping (3-5 business days within Canada and 5-7 business days for US**). I charge a flat rate of $14.50 for Xpresspost shipping (1-3 business days). The shipping cost will apply to the largest item in your cart.
A remote delivery surcharge of $20 is applied to remote addresses, due to the higher costs of delivering to rural areas. You will be notified if this applies to your shipment once your postal code is entered, and applies in every case for Nunavut, NWT, and the Yukon.
I also offer free shipping on all orders over $150. So load up your cart and save, I'll even ship to rural addresses for free with this offer! All free shipments will be sent by standard mail.
*Excluding bulk purchases. A flat rate of $9.99 will be applied to all bulk orders.

Where does tiSpark ship to?
*Canvas, journal, and bulk orders may be shipped directly from the supplier and use a different shipping company.
Can tiSpark ship internationally?
At this time, I do not offer international shipping through the shopping cart. However, I am happy to provide customized shipping solutions. Please contact me with the prints you would like, what sizes, and your shipping address and I will reply back with a quote.
Can I pick up my order?
If you live in the Edmonton area, you can save some money and pick up your order from HQ near Spruce Grove. Just order online, choose the 'Local Pickup' option in the shipping page during checkout, and I will contact you to make the arrangements to pick up your package when it is ready.
Is my package going to arrive in good condition?
All prints are packaged with high-quality cardboard or bubble mailers and should arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive your item in poor condition, just contact me with photo evidence of the damage and I will be happy to refund the item.
What if my item doesn't arrive when expected?
All shipping estimates are taken from the Canada Post website and are not guarantees. Please allow extra shipping time to remote locations and during peak shopping seasons. Please note that standard shipping does not always include a tracking number. If your order never arrives, please contact me and I can refund your order.*
*If the shipping method includes a tracking number, I will not refund orders that have confirmed delivery.
I need my package urgently, can you ship overnight?
Maybe. I can ship your package using Canada Post Xpresspost, which is 1-3 business days. Just choose Xpresspost Shipping in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please Note: This does not mean I can produce and ship your order the same day. Normal production times still apply. The shipping will be "1-3 business days" from the day I ship your package.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed, or combine separate orders?
Yes, if you would like to cancel an order or combine separate orders, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will be happy to accommodate as best I can. However, I am unable to change or cancel your order once it has been shipped out.
Can I return my items?
If you are not satisfied with your order, I will provide a full refund if a) the item(s) were damaged in transit and you can provide photo evidence or b) you return the unwanted item(s) to me undamaged. You are responsible for paying return postage. Please contact me if you would like to report or return your order.
