How much does shipping cost?

I offer an amazing flat rate shipping fee of only $9.99 for standard shipping (3-5 business days) and $14.50 for Xpresspost (1 business day)! That's right, this charge applies to your entire order, regardless of the quantity, product, or size.

A remote delivery surcharge of $20 is applied to remote addresses, due to the higher costs of delivering to rural areas. You will be notified if this applies to your shipment once your postal code is entered, and applies in every case for Nunavut, NWT, and the Yukon.

I also offer free shipping on all orders over $150. So load up your cart and save, I'll  even ship to rural addresses for free with this offer! All free shipments will be sent by standard mail (approximately 3-5 business days).

Where does tiSpark ship to?

tiSpark ships to anywhere in Canada and the USA. All shipping takes place through Canada Post.

Can I pick up my order?

If you live in the Edmonton area, you can save some money and pick up your order from HQ near Spruce Grove. Just order online, choose the 'Local Pickup' option in the shipping page during checkout, and I will contact you to make the arrangements to pick up your package when it is ready.

Is my package going to arrive in good condition?

All prints are packaged with high-quality cardboard mailers and should arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive your item in poor condition, just contact me with photo evidence of the damage and I will be happy to replace the item free of charge.

I need my package urgently, can you ship overnight?

Yes, I can ship your package overnight using Canada Post Xpresspost. This is overnight to all major centers, cities and towns and two days to all remote locations (weekends excluded). Just choose Xpresspost Shipping in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please Note: This does not mean I can produce and ship your order the same day. Our normal production times still apply. The shipping will be "1 business day (guaranteed)" from the day I ship your package.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed, or combine separate orders?

Yes, if you would like to cancel an order or combine separate orders, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will be happy to accommodate as best I can.
